For the first time at DSEI, Sioen and Verseidag Ballistic Protection, acquired by the Sioen group at the end of 2016, will appear under the merger name Sioen Ballistics. Our armour products will be presented on two different stands.
On the Belgian pavilion (stand N2-334) Sioen Ballistics will focus on its body armours for special forces and military purposes. Besides our overt, covert, tactical vests, EOD suits and shields, we’ll present our slash- and stabresistant clothing, marketed under the brand name Torskin.
One of the most important advantages Sioen Ballistics offers, is the accumulated expertise on both fabrics and manufacturing. We design, develop, produce, sell and distribute body armours. As part of Sioen Group, world market leader in technical textiles, with more than 110 years of textile experience, we can offer the best protection for any working condition. Our state-of-the-art production plants and R&D centres guarantee that all Sioen Ballistics garments offer the best in comfort and performance.
Our standard product range was created utilising all our experience in both ballistics and ergonomics. All of our products have been fully tested according to the required standards in terms of ballistic protection as well as by end users. The feedback we've collected, and our customers' requirements and preferences, have been the basis for the catalogue of products that we are now promoting.
Sioen ballistic vests, shields and accessories are the best solutions for customers who want a proven and ready-made solution for their work.
