Follow this checklist for a successful visit to our company site:
Please ask your contact person which building your meeting will be hosted in, so you know which reception desk to check in at.
Rest assured that we have ample parking space in front of our building entrances. Just look for the parking spots marked ‘Visitors’.
At the reception desk, you will be asked to fill in your details on a tablet in order to provide you with a visitor badge. May we ask you to keep this badge visible at all times during your visit?
After your visit, you can check out using the same tablet and simply drive off. No ticket required.

Follow this checklist for successful Pick Up & Deliveries at our company site:
Please ask your contact person to which gate you should drive. Parcel service? Ask which reception desk will sign off your delivery.
For on-site Pick Up & Deliveries, you can check-in via the intercom at the barrier to the right of our company site (close to the railways).
May we ask you to adhere to our on-premise speed limit for your and our safety?
We have loading docks and professional teams ready to assist you.
After your pick up or delivery, you can simply drive off following the exit route.

Major road works are taking place in the centre of Ardooie from Monday 30 March 2026 until autumn. These works will impact traffic through the centre, with different roads being closed off depending on the phase of the project. Please follow on-site signage at all times.
